Ducharme's response to Ovechkin was a bit "slobbery".

The Montreal Canadiens will battle the Washington Capitals and Alex Ovechkin on Wednesday night, which will certainly be tough on the defensemen and the goalie of record. We're talking about an elite scorer here, probably the best natural scorer in National Hockey League history.
That being said, when reporters covering the Habs asked the head coach about Alex Ovechkin, he offered a slightly slobbery answer, but it was worth it. Great Ducharme!
"You have to give him as few chances as possible to shoot. We know he's an elite shooter, it doesn't take a university degree to know that!"
When he responds this way, the coach shows that he is in control, which can be an indicator for tonight's game. The Caps are coming off a 5-2 loss to the Kraken, however, so they'll have the knife between their teeth.
