Evgeni Malkin receives a significant suspension

On Sunday, Pittsburgh Penguins star forward Evgeni Malkin served a double-check to Mark Borowiecki's face. Borowiecki retreated to the bench, bloodied. That's all it took for the NHL to call the Russian to the Disciplinary Committee.
The verdict didn't take long to come down. Thus, the NHL suspended, for four games. Malkin. You can see the explanations of the league below :
This will be Malkin's second career suspension, he has also been fined three times. In February 2019, 71 had received a game suspension for an incident with Michael Raffl.
