Former NHL player Jason Arnott was on the Cam and Strick podcast and told a funny story about playing with Alexander Radulov.

Arnott told a story that occurred during a practice, when Radulov was shooting pucks at the other end of the ice while the rest of the team worked on a drill along the boards. Arnott took him aside and let him know he was upset. Things got so bad that Arnott had to meet with then head coach Barry Trotz several times as a result.

Radulov is known to have character issues. He was drafted by the Nashville Predators and played there for two seasons before breaking his contract to return to Russia in 2008. He returned to the NHL in 2012 and again played a few games with Nashville before breaking team rules, partying, and thus getting a one-game internal suspension. He returned to Russia shortly thereafter.

The 35-year-old is currently playing with the Dallas Stars. He just had the worst season of his career with 4 goals and 22 points in 71 games. In addition, he has a very bad differential of -20. He is playing the final year of a five-year contract he signed in 2017 with a salary cap average of $6,250,000.

The Dallas Stars are currently playing the Calgary Flames in the first round of the playoffs. The series is tied 2-2 and Radulov has gone three of four games without a point.
