According to Sylvain St-Laurent, Daniel Doré, who is currently employed by the New York Rangers, is about to leave his position in the Big Apple. It would not be surprising if this departure announces the arrival of Doré in the CH organization.

The link between the CH and the Quebec hockey man is obvious. So much so, that some people even thought he was a possible candidate to succeed Marc Bergevin or at least Trevor Timmins.

Doré participated in the rebuilding of the Bruins and Rangers. You could say that the quality of the draft picks was present during his time with the clubs. He was the scout assigned to the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) when the Bruins drafted Patrice Bergeron in the 2nd round in 2003.
