Did you notice anything different when the players jumped on the ice last night? If so, it was probably the song that was playing when the players jumped on the ice!
It was defenseman Joel Edmundson who was behind the change. The 28-year-old defenseman asked Paul Wilson to bring back Coldplay's "Fix You" as the players' introduction song before the game started.
After taking care of that task, Edmundson took the opportunity to send a text message to his teammates saying, "Done!"
Is this a sign that Edmundson wants to showcase himself as one of the leaders on this team? With the departure of Shea Weber, let's remember that the captain's position is vacant. Could he be a good choice to replace the number 6? One thing is certain, his return to the lineup is expected by all!
