Last night, during overtime of the game between the Habs and the Lightning, Tampa Bay's players were (once again) too insistent in bothering goalie Jake Allen and young Justin Barron had enough. He stood up for his goalie.
See the overtime sequence here, but there's another one:
The kind of move that will surely endear Barron to his teammates, and to his fans. He has (already) defended his goalie better than a certain veteran wearing #26.
Also, in the second period, a few minutes after the controversial Anthony Cirelli goal, Cirelli again found himself running into Jake Allen and this time Barron (and Joel Edmundson) came to their goalie's defense.
We love seeing this, especially since yesterday the Lightning were playing really aggressive on Allen.
