Of the Canadiens' prospects in rookie camp, Kaiden Guhle is getting attention for the right reasons. The CH's 2020 first round pick has been turning heads for the past three days.

We knew Guhle had an incredible work ethic, but this one only confirmed what we already knew. Guhle was already a colossus at the core, due to his massive and sturdy frame. This one added a layer during the summer.

The 19-year-old is now 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He gained a big 5 lbs of muscle during his summer of intense training.

The potential captain of Team Canada at the next world hockey championship has obviously been working hard to prove to the Montreal organization that they made the right choice in selecting him in the first round last year.

The latter made some interesting statements following his team's training session. What we can deduce is that this young man is serious in his steps to become a professional player. He is totally aware of himself and his game on the ice, which is very impressive.

"The pace of the game was high and my goal was mostly to limit mistakes." -Kaiden Guhle

The Alberta native hopes to earn a spot with the CH, but knows he won't have the final decision. All he can do is work hard to get what he wants: "What I can do is work as hard as I can," he said on day two of rookie camp. I'm going to try to make the decisions hard."
