Montreal Canadiens general manager Kent Hughes was interviewed on TVA Sports in the last few seconds and he made a very interesting statement.
"I'm optimistic, I think we'll be able to do something (a trade)" - Kent Hughes, via TVA Sports.
Hughes even added that he doesn't want to consider a deal official and in the bag until it's officially done, even if deals are made behind the scenes.
Really interesting! He practically just announced that he has a trade in place, for tonight. Stay tuned!
