During the most recent game between the Montreal Canadiens and the Detroit Red Wings, there was a lot of shoving, especially between Kirby Dach and Moritz Seider.
Visibly irritated by the referees' inaction, Dach finally decided to make the young Seider pay in his own way, and he made a small gesture that really made the fans laugh.
A small gesture that went unnoticed at the time, but has resurfaced in recent hours and is circulating widely on social networks.
See the sequence in question:
Did you notice it?
As my colleague David St-Jean reports, Dach basically ignored his rival, but when Seider arrived to go back to the bench, he gave him a little push at the perfect time.
That's all it took for it to go viral.
