Maple Leafs put an end to Auston Matthews' whims

Let's recall that the Toronto Maple Leafs have decided to imitate the Arizona Coyotes, who have reduced their dress code. Auston Matthews had asked the organization to be more casual on game days.
However, due to a lack of judgment on the part of one of the Leafs players who arrived at the arena in a t-shirt, the organization decided to bring back the old tradition. Jackets and ties will be back for all Leafs players.
Remember that Don Cherry was really not in agreement with this kind of experience from the Leafs. He will likely be happy with the way things turned out.
This is probably a minor decision for some, but to me it shows some seriousness on the part of the Toronto staff. You have to tighten the screws on the young guys in the organization, and even mentor them, because you would think that there are some fickle square pegs in this club.
