In a press conference in the last few seconds, ahead of tonight's game against the Toronto Maple Leafs, head coach Martin St-Louis announced two major pieces of news.
First, he confirmed that Sean Monahan will play his first game in a Tricolore uniform, as well as Josh Anderson, who will play his first game of the current preparation schedule.
Second, he announced that Nick Suzuki will play tomorrow's game!
This is major for the organization, as last week, it looked like we were going to start the 2022 season without Monahan, Anderson and Suzuki... In the end, all three will be at 100% to start the new campaign, and they will also have the opportunity to play a few games in preparation for the season to get the rust off.
What good news!
