NHL Network analysts have picked up Jonathan Toews SOLIDLY
Jackie Redmond, a host on the "NHL Network," shared a clip via her Twitter account of her and her colleagues pouring some mud on Chicago Hawks captain Jonathan Toews' head.
"This is not about how Bowman treated YOU. It's about how Bowman (and others) treated Kyle Beach. You can't minimize his experience in any way just because yours was different! I'm sorry no one spoke for you then, Kyle. But we speak for you now!"
They are AMAZINGLY right to set the record straight regarding the dialogue Toews offered following Kyle Beach's public outing. The Hawks captain is recognized as one of the greatest leaders of his generation, but this one just plummeted down the leaderboard...
You know, it's all well and good to be a great leader of men in sports, but when that leadership forsakes the human side, it doesn't fly. Toews used to be one of my heroes, but with his speech, he's practically become a zero!
