Nick Suzuki would have the 9th worst contract in the NHL, according The Athletic
As the columnists at InTheCoulisses.com pointed out to us, The Athletic expert Dom Luszczyszyn just published an article that is causing a huge stir.
Basically, according to Luszczyszyn's data, Nick Suzuki is currently on one of the ten worst contracts in the entire league. Wow. (The ninth, to be precise)

Luszczyszyn explains that Suzuki is a very good player, but that right now, he doesn't deserve as much. That could change quickly, however, especially since, according to the expert, Suzuki has shown very good things after the arrival of Martin St-Louis behind the bench.

In our opinion, there is absolutely no doubt that this is a solid contract and one that will probably even become a bargain, fairly quickly. It just goes to show that the statistics are not perfect.
