In theory, everything leads us to believe that the Montreal Canadiens will face the Tampa Bay Lightning tomorrow night.
The question has been hanging in the air since the Lightning announced that their two starting goaltenders, Andrei Vasilevskiy and Brian Elliott, have contracted COVID-19.
However, based on the Tampa Bay Lightning's roster moves today, the game will likely take place tomorrow. The organization has recalled goaltenders Maxime Lagace and Hugo Alnefelt from the Syracuse Crunch, as Elliott and Vasilevskiy are likely to be unavailable.
Maxime Lagace could clearly benefit from this opportunity to play against the Montreal Canadiens. The Quebecers usually have a lot of fun and success when they play against the Habs.
Remember that the Canadiens are decimated by injuries and COVID-19 cases, which could make the Lightning's task easier.
