There are many such stories in the NHL, where enemies end up playing on the same team and become good friends. That's the case with David Perron and Torey Krug, who have been playing together with the St. Louis Blues since the 2021 shortened schedule.
Before they were in the same locker room, Krug was quick to point out that he never liked Perron before he became his teammate.
"I played hard against him in the corners like there was no tomorrow. I never liked him." - Krug
Do I need to remind you that in the spring of 2019, the two men faced each other in the Stanley Cup Finals? A series that the Blues took from the Bruins in seven games.
In short, that's when the two players, now teammates, started to hate each other. Let's just say that things got heated between the two men... Perron also pointed out that this famous hatred was mutual.
