Significant statement regarding Brendan Gallagher and Marc-Andre Fleury
It's no secret that Brendan Gallagher likes to annoy his opponents, especially goaltenders. The feisty forward is not shy about getting into their bubble. We even saw him recently go after Vancouver Canucks goalie Tatcher Demko.
But what do the NHL goalies think? Marc-Andre Fleury was recently on The Ray & Dregs Hockey Podcast, hosted by Ray Ferraro and Darren Dreger, and he talked about the CH's number 11.
"We've played each other a few times now and I've seen it go, not just on me, but on the other guys. When I see that, I say, "Hey, how's my guy doing?". Then we just do the talking and then he goes for the net, falls on your legs. You know he's pretending to fall on you. I think he always makes it fun." - Marc-Andre Fleury
As for Fleury, he doesn't seem to take his opponent's attacks too personally.
