It seems to be a teaser to announce the imminent unveiling of a new jersey, but it's getting a lot of reactions because honestly, the video tells us absolutely nothing.

As journalist Marc-André Perreault of TVA Sports so aptly put it, it's probably the "worst teaser in history". (joke)
