Very bad news for the Florida Panthers as they announced that goaltender Spencer Knight has been placed on the injured list.
Sergei Bobrovskiy, who has been struggling for the past few weeks, will have to get the starts.
It will be difficult for Florida to climb in the standings with this bad news, especially since they have a difficult schedule for the rest of the season.
So the Panthers first round pick, acquired in the deal sending Ben Chiarot to Sunrise, could definitely pay off big time for Kent Hughes.
As the saying goes, one man's loss is another man's gain.
To be continued.
