At the end of the afternoon, the Montreal Canadiens will play a second game in 24 hours, currently posting two wins and seven losses. We are talking about only four points in nine games, good for 30th place in the league.
It's sad to see the lack of work from the soldiers of this unit, who don't seem to have any pride anymore... Pride, boys, what do you do with it? Just like that, did you know that you were about to achieve a first since 1948?
That mediocre mark is a long way off, the potential to make this the worst start to a season since 1948. The 2nd worst result after ten games since 1948 currently remains the 2017-18 schedule.
After ten duels in that campaign, the Habs had two wins, seven losses and one overtime loss. At that time, Claude Julien was behind the bench, Alex Galchenyuk and Max Pacioretty were still with the team, then Charles Hudon played 72 games with the Bleu-blanc-rouge.
In short, let's hope that pride is back after Marc Bergevin's speech following yesterday's loss to the Los Angeles Kings.
