Now that the final standings for the regular season are settled and finalized, the National Hockey League has just issued a press release announcing the odds of each team winning the lottery.

"The Canadiens have an 18.5% chance of winning the draft lottery" - Eric Engels

However, only the last 11 teams are eligible to receive the first overall pick.
