In the last few seconds, the National Hockey League made an announcement regarding Jonathan Drouin's goal.
It's not Drouin's goal anymore.
The NHL has officially credited the goal to Josh Anderson.
We can say that Drouin almost scored his first goal since January 1, 2022, but unfortunately for the Quebec forward, the goal was actually credited to Josh Anderson after the game.
"Just before we entered the locker room, the NHL changed the last goal to Josh Anderson.
Jonathan Drouin didn't know that either. "It's good to hear Michel Lacroix say your name," he replied with a smile. Poor guy. Disappointed for him."
