What a crappy and tasteless performance by the Montreal Canadiens on Monday night, who lost by the score of 8-2, against the power of the Minnesota Wild. Luckily, Kirill Kaprizov only had two assists...

Just like that, I have to remind you of two very important things. Initially, the Canadiens only fired 21 shots, including six in the third period, while Josh Anderson tried to add emotion. Second, Christian Dvorak received a severe hit to the head from Jared Spurgeon.

It was precisely from there that the number 17 of the Red, White, and Blue tried to add a hint of energy in order to produce something, which did not necessarily work. In short, it was at this moment that an old saying resurfaced via the writing of Jérémie Rainville.

Remember this, most likely from Bob Hartley:

«When you've lost, don't try to show that you're tough when the game is over. You missed your chance during the game!»

I LOVE it!

Gilbert Delorme also published his state of mind about the Canadiens, also on Twitter, but he was much more incisive. Faithful to himself, what! Nothing better than a little swear in passing, my Gilbert!

The fact remains, however, that these two tweets sum up the entire Monday night of the Canadiens...
