We all remember the Scheifele-Evans event that happened during the last playoffs, when the Winnipeg Jets player did something extremely stupid. Scheifele left the opposing zone at full speed to pick up Evans, who had just scored in an empty net.
Here is the sequence, which occurred in the first game of this series, which ended in four games in favor of the Montreal Canadiens.
Afterwards, Scheifele served up a violin solo to justify himself, mainly indicating that Evans was not in his right mind, and then he even made a commercial to point out a little bit the Montreal Canadiens player.
In short, despite his speech pointing at Evans, Scheifele changed his tactics when a player scored in an empty net. It's safe to say that his violin solo was just a smoke screen!
