The verdict is in on Patrice Bergeron's future.
As reported by Joe McDonald, and confirmed by Pierre LeBrun, Bergeron has decided to return to Boston and sign a one season contract with the Bruins.
For those who were hoping to see him change his address, it is now over.
Kent Hughes and the Montreal Canadiens fans now have their answer and also, Bruce Cassidy has his answer
Remember that last week, Cassidy mentioned that he would really like to bring him to Las Vegas, because they have "an incredible and privileged relationship" together.
Cassidy on Bergeron: "I'd love to bring him with me. ... We have a great relationship."
In the end, it's not going to happen (not for Cassidy and Vegas, and not for the CH)
