We told you earlier this week that the ads during NHL television broadcasts continues to be the talk of the town this season.
After the famous digital advertising strips, it was RDS's turn this week to test a brand new "puck tracker" system that can be seen on many American networks.
We could see the movement of the puck via a black halo left behind it on the screen and the names of the players were automatically displayed when they touched the puck.
A new technology that is not unanimous.
Anyway, speaking of technologies used on television during hockey games, we witnessed an unreal scene during the recent Boston Bruins game, due to a big bug.
Criticism from fans came from all over social networks:
Just an all-time horrendous NESN performance, which is saying a whole lot
See the result:
The Bruins goalie appears out of nowhere and we completely lose track of the game.
