As the long-awaited start of NHL training camps arrives relatively quickly, and as the off-season draws to a close, the various players are slowly starting to return to town.
This is the case for the CH's two first-round picks in 2022, Slovaks Juraj Slafkovsky and Filip Mesar, who will be back in Montreal next week to prepare for the Habs' training camp.
The two good friends will train together and will have to work hard.
As Jeff Gorton recently said, even though he was drafted first overall, Slafkovsky will still have to earn his spot.
The Montreal Canadiens training camp starts on September 22.
"Juraj Slafkovsky will fly to Montreal next week. He will train with his friend Filip Mesar." - Tomas Prokop
