As you know, unfortunately, goaltender Jake Allen was injured tonight and the Montreal Canadiens quickly announced that he would not be back for tonight's game due to a lower body injury.
Samuel Montembeault took over.
We now have news!
Sportsnet's Eric Engels ran into him and Allen was really frustrated and called the recent season "a season to forget" and a "season of misery" for him.
You can guess that doesn't bode well for Jake Allen... Unfortunately.
