Among them, there are Nazem Kadri and John Klingberg, but there is also a certain PK Subban.
Of course, all Montreal Canadiens fans know him very well and many of you wish he would finish his career here.
If we can sign him for one season, at a minimal salary, why not?
It would make a great story, it would be entertaining and it would certainly be very meaningful. Remember that even though he has been traded for several years, PK has always remained involved in the Montreal community.
He is no longer the Norris Trophy winning defenseman, he is no longer one of the best defensemen in the league, but he can certainly be useful to an NHL team (especially Montreal).
He's only 33 years old and had 22 points in 77 games last year with the New Jersey Devils (19 points in 44 games the year before). His -8 differential is one of the best among the Devils' regular backs.
Clearly, with his charisma and communication skills, Subban already has a great post-career on television, but his desire and intentions are clear.
According to his agent Don Meehan, interviewed by Nicolas Cloutier of TVA Sports, number 76 still wants to play next year.
There is no doubt in his mind.
It's interesting to see here that he's considering several possibilities and so, that means several teams would be interested in Subban's services.
Where do you think PK Subban will play next season? Would you see him on the Montreal Canadiens' third pair?
More details to follow!
