What if Dominique Ducharme had not lost his three musketeers?

Dominique Ducharme may not come back behind the bench, next season due to a very specific factor. No, it is not the shitty record that will push Ducharme out from Montreal, but the lack of commitment of many veterans.
The Montreal coach is a human and a hockey head, he who advocates a more «European» style, without forgetting that each player must move his feet without stopping in order to always find himself in a group of 5.
But why a game plan, which should be effective, turns square this year? Three names: Shea Weber, Carey Price and Corey Perry (we can even add Joel Edmundson). These three veterans were great allies of Ducharme and they conveyed the coach's message to the other soldiers.
Today, they are not there (or more), then we see that the coach's message is harder to pass on. There is a certain I don't care about it from too many pawns. Young people adhere to it, but Jeff Petry and Joel Armia seem to disconnect from our world and no member seems able to bring them back to earth.
In short, I find it sad that such a qualified coach finds himself in such a situation, he who could lose his job because of negative leaders who are not brought back by Weber, Price or Perry's LEADERSHIP!
