Canadiens Player to Surprise Everybody by Singing the National Anthem?
In a small entertaining video published by the Montreal Canadiens organization featuring Nick Suzuki and Chris Wideman, we learn something interesting.
Chris Wideman sends a message to sing the national anthem before the Canadiens game
We love it! It's extremely rare to see this, but Wideman took advantage of the video to send a message and offer himself.
Imagine the scene!
"A national anthem performed by Chris Wideman? We want to hear that!" - Montreal Canadiens
And here is the video, it happens at the 50th second:
The question is simply: which of the two players (Suzuki or Wideman) could sing the national anthem before the Canadiens game?
And Wideman did not just answer his own name, he added:
"I could definitely do the American anthem! In fact, I've always really wanted to do that before the end of my playing career so I hope to have the opportunity to do it one day!"
- Chris Wideman, who adds that he is not far from knowing the Canadian anthem by heart.
