In a press conference recently, and after a sequence of consecutive losses by his team, the head coach of the Montreal Canadiens, Martin St-Louis, sent a clear message that addresses everyone.

"It depends how you measure success, but if there is a player who is not convinced by how we do things, maybe this is not his place here." - Martin St-Louis

So, if ever players are concerned (or a player is concerned) about the lack of tangible results, or if they believe that the team is stagnating because of its position in the standings, the message sent here is clear.

It's certain that it affects the players, we would understand if they are tired of losing (they probably are), but it's part of the process.

Or at least, that's what we deduce from the head coach's message.

It's the reality of rebuilding and we understand it, but when you see a chart like this:

Does it worry you? Do you believe that players might leave the team for this reason?
