Despite his team reaching the QMJHL finals, Patrick Roy's name has been circulating throughout the NHL in recent days.
As the Rangers announced that they had severed ties with their head coach Gerard Gallant, some experts have suggested that the former star goaltender could very well end up behind an NHL bench before long.
This was the case, among others, for another former NHL goaltender, a certain Kevin Weeks (who is now a well-known insider).
As reported by Alexandre Desrosiers, from Rumeursdetransaction.com, Weekes, who is now an analyst on the ESPN network, recently posted an intriguing tweet.
In the tweet in question, we can see a photo of the city of New York and right next to it, the famous wink from Patrick Roy during the 1993 final against the Los Angeles Kings.
Is this a sign that Patrick could end up behind the Rangers bench as early as next fall?
