Adam Johnson, a former Pittsburgh Penguin's injury today in the EIHL shocked the hockey world. We now have footage of the incident.

Adam Johnson, who lived out his NHL dream with the Pittsburgh Penguins organization has been playing in the EIHL.

Today. He was struck in the neck by a skate, and a bloody scene ensued where the arena had to be evacuated.
