Logan Mailloux could be the one involved in a trade to get a top-6 forward
With the many young defensemen the Canadiens have within the organization, it becomes quite evident that one of them will be traded.
As we know, the name of forward Martin Necas has been associated with the Canadiens for a few weeks now, and some experts have started to reveal the price to pay for other NHL teams wanting to acquire him.
But according to the RDT site, it is very likely that the price to bring Necas to Montreal, or another quality top-6 forward, will be quite high, and it is very likely that Kent Hughes will have to part with one of his young defensemen in a potential trade.

It will therefore be interesting to follow this case leading up to the NHL Draft presentation, which will take place in Vegas in less than a month, as this is the time when Kent Hughes has been active in the market over the past two years.
