Patrick Roy's former home has just been put up for sale for nearly $12 million and the pictures are breathtaking

As we told you last year, Patrick Roy sold his superb house in Lac-Beauport, near Quebec City, for $5,775,000.
As my colleague Alex Desrosiers of Rumeursdetransaction reports, now the dream house is back on the market, and this time it's for sale for nearly $12 million. Unbelievable.
Here is the official listing:
Impressive Colorado style property, located on the edge of Lac-Beauport, a mythical place in the Capitale-Nationale, which includes the most luxurious homes in the region. Signed André Rousseau construction, which enjoys an impeccable reputation in high-end residential construction in Quebec City. It is made of real stone and natural wood.
