He has just been released from prison on bail, pending his trial scheduled for January 19, 2024.
Milan Lucic pleads not guilty to an ass***t and battery charge in Boston Municipal Court, after being arrested for allegedly pulling his wife by her hair and trying to choke her during an argument, according to court records
Until the hearing, he must comply with conditions, such as not attacking his spouse and not consuming alcohol.
If found guilty, he faces up to two and a half years in prison.
