Cayden Primeau has been doing great lately, as he is coming off a win in his last three games. Yesterday, he turned aside 39 pucks in a 3-2 win for his team.
Many people are wondering who will take over when Carey Price leaves. However, Brandon Gignac, a Laval Rocket forward and teammate of Cayden Primeau, made a huge statement about the American goaltender.
According to him, Primeau is not only the successor of Carey Price, but the future of the Montreal Canadiens, nothing less.
It's far too early to tell what kind of impact Primeau will have in the NHL, but the people around him are full of praise for him. That's quite a compliment from the Quebecer.
We can only hope he's right.
