A very generous gesture from Kyle Okposo to Jonathan Drouin

Jonathan Drouin left the Montreal Canadiens environment last April to take care of himself. The Quebecer came back in splendid shape after a long break and two interviews (with Chantal Machabée and Renaud Lavoie) to explain what he went through.
He experienced major episodes of anxiety and insomnia, two things he has been experiencing for a long time, but last year, he reached his limit, so he retired. A very brave decision that I still applaud six months later. He had the courage and this withdrawal has become an example for people who are suffering.
Anyway, all this leads me to a very emotional and inspiring text from Guillaume Lefrançois, who spoke with Kyle Okposo. As a reminder, Okposo went through periods of psychosis, paranoia, and insomnia in 2017, so he was in a good position to contact and dialogue with Jonathan Drouin.
"I'll keep what he told me between us, but for my part, I told him what I had been through. I basically had an episode of psychosis and paranoia. I couldn't sleep, I had insomnia, I was hospitalized for eight weeks. Jonathan had no idea that I had gone through this. He hadn't spoken publicly at the time of our conversation. I'm really glad he came forward with his experience to help people!" - Okposo
Jo certainly had to be touched by this call from Okposo, who took the time to check in on #92. That, to me, shows what a great human Kyle Okposo is. Perso, I love this type of story, it really touches me!
