The Canadiens have claimed forward Chris Tierney from waivers.
Tierney, 28, is a former second-round pick and has 229 points (75 goals) in his NHL career.
Tierney has two goals and three points in 13 games with the Panthers while averaging 8:28 of ice time this season. Perhaps he'll play a bigger role with the Canadiens due to all the injuries.
He had nine goals and 48 points in 81 games with the Sens while averaging 17:02
