Currently in seventh position in the Pacific Division, the Edmonton Oilers continue to collapse after a stellar start to the season.
Big changes are being made in Edmonton, as even super stars Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl are no longer able to stand out.
A NBC analyst named Matt Bernier took the opportunity to make the Oilers look even more ridiculous. Indeed, Bernier questioned whether the Boston Bruins would be able to afford the services of Draisaitl, thanks to an absolutely ridiculous trade proposal.
While they are very good hockey players and choices can be added to this proposal, Jeremy Swayman, Jake Debrusk and Urho Vaakanainen are simply not close to equating with a player like Leon Draisaitl, which is probably one of the top three or five players on the Bettman circuit.
In short, I sincerely hope that this proposal was just a joke, because it is not even certain that this offer is enough to convince the Oilers to hand over Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, so imagine for Leon Draisaitl. Hahaha!
