Following their morning skate, the Montreal Canadiens announced that assistant coach Luke Richardson would speak to the media on Wednesday. Although strange, this decision is probably meant to leave a media break for Dominique Ducharme.
In terms of training, the focus seems to have been on one-on-one duels. An aspect that the team has been particularly lacking in recent times.
For his part, Paul Byron was conspicuous by his absence, for whom it was a day of treatment. So Rem Pitlick replaced him on a line with Jake Evans and Josh Anderson.
