Darryl Sutter responds to rumors that Jack Eichel is headed to Calgary

Another topic that has the NHL talking these days is the situation surrounding Jack Eichel. The American center still belongs to the Buffalo Sabres at this time, but everyone knows how high his desire to leave Buffalo is.

Of the possible destinations for Eichel, Vegas and Calgary are the teams with the best chance of acquiring his services. However, when a reporter asked Flames head coach Darryl Sutter about this, Sutter only said that he didn't know about it and that it was probably a media only thing.

Are we to understand that the Sabres player is already on his way to Vegas? One thing is for sure, with so many players out of action on the Golden Knights' side, they will be very aggressive in this matter even if Eichel is not ready to play right away.
