Embarrassing sequence for Bettman and the NHL: goalie Andrei Vasilevskiy's head disappears in the middle of a game because of digital ads

Yesterday, National Hockey League commissioner Gary Bettman was at a press conference and was asked about a number of current issues.

Among the many topics that have resurfaced on the web, related to previous comments of the commissioner, there is the famous digital ads on the boards. (for those watching the games on TV)

Bettman had notably said that it was absolutely not a problem, and even went further to say that it improved the viewer experience. Well...

Since then, several embarrassing clips for the NHL have made the rounds on the web and prove Commissioner Bettman wrong.

The most recent one happened this week and it involves goalie Andrei Vasilevskiy:

For quite a while, the Lightning goalie's head (and part of his upper body) completely disappeared, due to these ads.
