After a very eventful off-season, the Montreal Canadiens have several very interesting players at their disposal for next season, but one player is too often forgotten, and according to expert Blain Potvin, he is the real hidden card of the Montreal Canadiens.
We are talking about forward Rafael Harvey-Pinard.
Even if the CH misses the playoffs, it will be really interesting as a season, because we will be able to watch closely the development of some young players, like Harvey-Pinard.
According to Blain Potvin of The Hockey Writers, he is the real wild card in the organization. He was quite a leader for the Laval Rocket in 2021-2022, and even, a mainstay according to some.
RHP had also left a very good impression during his short stint in Montreal, so he is the Rocket player most likely to earn a permanent spot with the CH in 2022-2023, according to Potvin.
Could the man who now goes by the nickname "Lavallagher", the former seventh round pick, be with the Montreal Canadiens for most of next season?
Potvin really thinks so and we love it!
