Finally some encouraging news from the Montreal Canadiens

The Montreal Canadiens have just suffered two successive setbacks to start the 2021-22 schedule. This record could be less atrocious if we had felt the players more committed, more determined and with less round shoulders.
The power play is anemic and flavorless. It looks like Alex Burrows is still without a solution to break this inability to score with a man advantage. Cole Caufield needs to have his feet cemented on the left h-mark, OK? Jeff Petry needs to get the puck to him... not shoot!
While we're on the subject (yes, there are other gaps right now), what about Mike Hoffman? Is he going to be able to get back into action? The answer is: not Saturday, but rather next Tuesday or Thursday, according to Ducharme's report.
When he's fit to put on his jersey for the first time in a regular game, he needs to play an average of one and a half minutes on the PP... He needs to get on the right "h-mark" and serve as a second catapult, like the Lightning does with Nikita Kucherov and Steven Stamkos.
My two cents...
