During her appearance on the popular show Tout le monde en parle, Chantal Machabée, the new Montreal Canadiens vice-president of communications, confirmed that there were indeed three candidates remaining for the position of Montreal Canadiens GM.
The information had been circulating on the media for some time, but Ms. Machabée, a member of the organization, officially confirmed the whole thing.
However, she did not confirm a name, even though we suspect that the three candidates are Mathieu Darche, Daniel Brière and Kent Hughes.
She also confirmed that the process is nearing completion. The committee is absolutely committed to making the right decision for the good of the organization.

We'll know a lot more this week. Perhaps even on Wednesday, according to Marc-André Perreault.
