Despite the terrible situation the National Hockey League is facing, Jeff Gorton certainly continues to look at his options for the next general manager of the Montreal Canadiens.
At his first press conference with the Habs, he had further stated that the identity of the next GM would be revealed after the holidays, meaning the big decision could be made very soon.
One name that has not attracted much attention in recent weeks has been cited several times recently on social media, namely Marc Denis.
The 44-year-old Denis, like many alumni of his profession, is an excellent hockey player. Denis, who holds the position of game analyst at RDS, is quite a candidate for the position because of his understanding of the game and the details of it.
In short, we should have an answer very soon, but Marc Denis is definitely a candidate to watch in this race.
