In the following video, published today, the Montreal Canadiens' Executive Vice President of Hockey Operations, Jeff Gorton, literally just mentioned that the organization is currently working on "upcoming trades".
See the interesting statement.
In any case, it has the merit of being very clear. Obviously, Gorton wouldn't go into more detail, but it's consistent with the observations of the last few days.
Let's remember that some very interesting and interested people have been watching the Montreal Canadiens' players more intensely in the last few days:
Let's also remember that with the imminent return of Joel Armia, Juraj Slafkovsky and Joel Edmundson, there will be some surplus, and some players will eventually have to be traded (possibly via trade)
Which one do you think is coming up most often in trade discussions right now? Mike Hoffman, Evgeny Dadonov, Joel Armia, Jonathan Drouin, Joel Edmundson, Rem Pitlick, or another player?
To be watched in the next few days. We can expect more trades to come.
