Last night, we were treated to an offensive extravaganza against Slovakia, thanks in part to Canada's top three juniors
Mason McTavish (Ducks) and Joshua Roy (Canadiens) were dominant in a very convincing 11-1 win.
McTavish had six points and Joshua had four points.
The two clearly had great chemistry, and one sequence in particular proved that and drew a lot of attention, as (on McTavish's third goal) Roy insisted on giving him a great pass to complete his hat trick.
It makes this even harder to understand:
In short, a very nice gesture of leadership from the Montreal Canadiens prospect yesterday and it didn't go unnoticed by the fans.
See the footage in question right here:
Joshua Roy was on a breakaway, but he gave the puck to McTavish for his third.
Check out McTavish's other goals:
And Joshua Roy's goal:
Thanks to our colleagues at Fanadiens.com, for the finds.
