Major special announcement: Patrick Roy's New Position Revealed
As we reported to you in the last few minutes, the QMJHL announced earlier today that there would be a "special major announcement" regarding Patrick Roy this Sunday.
There will be a press conference for the occasion at 1 pm.

We now have details.
Sources have just disclosed that two announcements will indeed be made regarding Patrick Roy.
First, according to information from Jérôme Landry of FM93, the QMJHL will appoint Patrick Roy as a senior advisor to the commissioner. Wow.
That's not all.
According to Kevin Dubé from the Journal de Québec, the League will also announce this:
"The QMJHL's "major" announcement regarding Patrick Roy is creating a buzz.
Here it is: the QMJHL will announce the creation of a trophy in honor of Patrick Roy on Sunday.
